Established in 2018 by Itai Ziv, Lobster Invest Ltd. was joined by Erez Fayna in 2021. Both bring extensive management experience from global companies and large-scale organizations. Through long-term experience and diverse roles in the Israeli semiconductor & other industries, we have built strong relationships with our customers.

KEY PERSONNEL
Itai Ziv
CEO
Brings a vast experience in high-tech operations and strategic leadership. He spent over a decade at Intel, where he held multiple critical roles, starting in 2006 as an Industrial Engineer. Early in his career, he contributed to seed assignments and played a key role in the F28 startup. He later advanced to Manufacturing Group Leader and Functional Area Integrator, driving operational excellence across complex, high-scale manufacturing environments.
In 2015, he joined the homeland security sector, serving first as Operations Manager and then as Factory Manager, where he led teams to achieve operational efficiency and excellence. He holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering and an MBA, combining technical expertise with strategic business leadership.
Erez Fayna
VP of Business Development
Brings over 30 years of experience in the high-tech industry, with a distinguished career at Intel. He joined Intel in 1991, starting as an Equipment Engineer, and progressed through multiple key roles, including FAB Technical Expert (TA), Strategic Supplier Program (SSP) leader, and Senior Buyer. His extensive experience spans operations, supplier management, and strategic procurement.
After leaving Intel in 2015, he established the Retronix branch in Israel, managing a team of approximately 120 engineers across multiple projects, including OEM support, tool decontamination and deinstalation, EPCOT support, and PM sustaining services. He later advanced to the role of VP of Global Operations, supporting operations across Israel, Europe, and the USA.
He holds a BSc in Science, an MBA, and an MA in Law, combining technical expertise, strategic business acumen, and a strong foundation in legal and operational governance.
