To ensure rapid and smooth adaptation for new technicians and to enhance the skill set of entry-level staff, Lbsr Tech has developed an internal training methodology that includes safety, cleanroom behavior and protocols, Vacuum 101, Process Flow 101, and core tool knowledge.
Drawing on our extensive technological experience, we understand the diverse needs and requirements of our customers, as well as the right personnel for each task. PROJECT LABOUR SOLUTIONS
To comply with Israeli labor laws, Lbsr Tech operates as a service company, assigning workers to a specific scope of work without a time limitation. Examples of this include our turnkey tool de-installation and relocation services, where the entire scope of work is managed under Lbsr Tech’s responsibility, and our turnkey Level 1 mechanical support, which provides pre-escalation troubleshooting and maintenance services.
Lbsr Tech also has extensive experience placing specialist personnel to support projects, providing full logistical support, including work visas, transportation, salaries, and accommodations.
USED PARTS BROKER & PARTS SOURCING
Lbsr Tech also operates as a semiconductor spare parts broker. We have an extensive network of buyers and sellers, which we leverage to secure the best deals for our customers. At any given time, our warehouse (over 10,000 sq. ft.) contains a wide variety of used parts, IT equipment, and harvested components.
In addition, we specialize in customer warehouse cleanouts and parts harvesting as needed. This service is performed professionally, as our employees are already familiar with the tools and components. Understanding the urgency of our customers, our facilities are capable of receiving up to 10 truckloads of equipment per day.
ISRAELI SALES AND OEM's REPRESENTING
Establishing an operations and sales presence in Israel can be challenging due to cultural and regulatory requirements. Lbsr Tech offers a representation service solution that allows our clients to enjoy the best of both worlds: on one hand, they benefit from on-site, local, familiar, and professional management; on the other hand, they save considerable time and costs by avoiding the bureaucracy of setting up a full on-site operation, hiring full-time local management, renting facilities, and more.
Lbsr Tech provides the full administrative infrastructure required, including accounting, recruitment, training, management of customer escalations, work visa support for external FSEs and installers, compliance with local labor laws, and all other support needed to ensure smooth customer service.
